You can see the new listings that are on tour as scheduled for the weekly Silver City Association of Realtor caravan each Wednesday. There is no better way (other than calling me directly) to see what new listings are being featured and viewed by all the Local Real estate professionals.
You will get to see most of the new residential listings of worth as they are generally included on the weekly caravan. You will get an email with links to the properties that are featured weekly for the local Realtors.

Things are heating up here, as are interest rates. I hope the folks on the fence realize what the economy is suggesting. Interest rates may continue to rise. (Though I suspect we will see sub 6% rates for some time). Property values generally soon follow suit.
The tax credit refund expires 12-1-2009, but I fear the best buying opportunities will have passed before then.
